Pentre Mawr Country House is nestled in an area of outstanding natural beauty at Llandyrnog in North Wales. We attended the wedding of Steph and Ross along with Bronti their black labrador! Pentre Mawr is a beautiful self contained venue where you can spend the whole weekend without leaving site and Steph and Ross took advantage of this with a meal the night before with family then staying for breakfast on Sunday! We joined the girls during the morning in the one of the guest houses while the guys got ready in the Glamping tents in the grounds.
The wedding ceremony took place in the Secret Garden and then sun came out while the guests relaxed in the lawned area outside before entering the Marquee for the food and speeches. Later we moved to the huge barn where Ross, his dad and brother performed some songs for the gathered crowds. In the Evening we managed to get some amazing cloudy shots before the sun left us then the big party began with Steph and Ross opening the dance floor with their first dance. We got to work with an amazing videographer Aaron, from Aaron Rose Wedding Films who produced this video of the day.
The day was beautifully set and very relaxed. Steph and Ross were amazing people to work with as were their family as you can see from our final showcase of pictures. Their pastel and rustic colour scheme for their wedding breakfast room was beautiful and made our work of capturing their theme a delightful one.
We would thoroughly recommend the site to anyone looking for a venue as it was beautiful and well managed.
